Ingredient A. One bundle of ugu leaves B. One bundle of water leaves C. One medium size stockfish (cut and boiled) D. Two medium size dry fish (de-boned and washed) E. One cup of crayfish ground F. Four tablespoons of red oil (palm oil) G. Three table spoons of dried pepper ground H. Salt and 2x Tasty Cubes // Preparation Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large cooking pot adding red oil in small quantity. Then add dry fish, stockfish and crayfish ground. Leave to boil for 10 minutes. When fish is tender, add the water leaves and boil for 3 minutes. Add Ugu and boil for 2 minutes. Finally add 2 x Tasty Cubes and ground pepper and boil for a 2 minutes.
