Goat Meat Pepper Soup
A.     One goat leg cut into small chunks (washed and set to drain)
B.     Pepper soup ingredients already ground and bottled
C.     Leaves – utazi, uziza and efiri all in small quantity sliced
D.     Small quantity of ginger roots and garlic finger ground
E.     One teaspoon of red pepper
F.     Salt and 2 x Tasty Cubes
Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large cooking pot, add all the ground ingredients, boil for 5 minutes, add goat meat, boil for 20 minutes until meat is tender.
Add salt and 2 x Tasty Cubes and boil for 2 minutes. Serve hot on table.
