Ingredients: 2 cups cooked brown Ofada rice Precook meat or smoked fish 6 raw shrimps – cleaned 1 Tasty cube Salt – to taste 1 teaspoon white pepper 1/3 cup chopped  onion 1/3 cup chopped green onion 1 cooking spoon stew base 1 tablespoon oil      Direction Place a large skillet on high heat. heat up the oil. Add in shrimps and onions. stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove shrimps and set aside      Add in stew base, cooked meat, Tasty cube, salt and pepper. stir. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes      Stir in the rice and green onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Taste and adjust for seasoning.      Serve rice garnished with cooked shrimps....

Ingredients Spices 2 bay leaves 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional) 2 Tasty Cubes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white pepper (substitute other ground pepper) 2 teaspoon curry powder (divided) 1 teaspoon thyme Other 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided) ½ cup chopped onion 3 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper,carrot, peas, cabbage & sweetcorn) 2 cups rice (washed) (Parboiled or Basmati – please see note in introduction) Directions Season chopped vegetables with some salt, Tasty Cube and pepper. Set aside – Place a large pot (with a good fitting lid) on medium heat. Heat up one part of oil and add in onion rosemary and bay leaves. Stir-fry until onion is fragrant and translucent. Add in 1 part each of curry, thyme, 1 cube maggi and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir.Add in 4 cups water (3 cups if using basmati rice). Cover the pot, increase heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil. – Alternatively use any type of broth you have on hand Reduce the heat on the broth to low-medium add in the rice and stir. Cover the pot tightly. leave the rice to cook for 25 minutes (or 15 minutes if using basmati rice). Part B 1 cup of palm oil 1 medium onion bulb (thinly sliced) 2 Tablespoon blended crayfish ½ cup red prawns (head removed) 2 cups shredded fish (smoked Catfish preferably) Washed and de-boned Parboiled meat (Goat meat or beef and/or Ponmon ) 6-8 pieces 2 tablespoons whole locust beans (Iru) Salt- to taste 2-3cube Tasty cube Part C 15 Cups chopped fresh spinach (Efo tete) ~3 bunches OR 3 packs chopped frozen spinach (9oz packs) – Defrosted Preparation: If using fresh spinach, place the spinach in a bowl, add ½ teaspoon of salt, cover with boiling water and place a lid over the bowl. Allow to rest for 15-20mins. Rinse out the spinach and squeeze out all excess water. Directions: Place a large pot over medium heat, add in the palm oil. Heat oil until a little smoky.
